  • What offers do you have?
    Most of the year we have offers available on specific travel dates. Depending on dates you will find offers for short stays, long stays, all inclusive packages and meal plans as well as a honeymoon offer. All active offers are listed on the « Offers» page of Le Barthélemy website.
  • Is breakfast included in my reservation?
    Breakfast is included in our rates. A buffet breakfast is available at Aux Amis restaurant from 7am to 10am. We also offer you the possibility to enjoy the luxury of a room service breakfast delivered right to you in bed or on your private balcony, all included in your room rate.
  • Is transportation upon arrival & departure included in my reservation?
    We offer complimentary ground transfers between St Barts Gustaf III airport or harbor and the hotel upon arrival and departure with our private chauffeur.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Payment & cancellation policy for all year, excluding festive season (Dec 19 – Jan 2) : 10% deposit at booking, fully refundable until 11 days prior to your arrival. Balance due 10 days prior arrival – non-refundable. Payment & cancellation policy for festive season (Dec 19 – Jan 2) : 30% deposit at booking, fully refundable until September 29th, 2021. Balance due on September 30th, 2021 – non-refundable.
  • Do you have long stay options at Le Barthélemy?
    We have a long stay offer available for stays between April 19th and November 15th, 2021 : Stay (Much) Longer, which includes 15% discount on Rooms & Villas, a Car Rental, discounts at Le Spa and at our restaurants and way more deluxe adds-on and unforgettable experiences during your stay.   • How can I cancel my stay or can I report my stay?
    If you booked directly with our team or on the website, you need to send an email to: reservations@lebarth.com and the reservations team will be delighted to assist. Website bookings can also be managed directly online. All stays can be reported up to 12-months after the original travel date, prior to 10 days before the arrival. If you booked through a third party website or a travel agent, please contact this third party for any modification or cancellation.

The Hotel

  • How far is Le Barthélemy from the main town?
    Our St Barts hotel is located on the protected bay of Grand Cul-de-Sac providing a peaceful and relaxing stay. The St Barts main town of Gustavia is a 20-25 minutes drive. Our guests appreciate going there for shopping or dining out.
  • Is Le Barthélemy kids friendly ?
    Our hotel in St Barts is ideally located for a family vacation. Kids can easily swim and go snorkeling in the protected bay (the sea is under 3.5 meter depth in the whole bay). We provide non motorized water sports equipment to our guests for free (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment for adults and children). The whole family may have the pleasure of seeing some sea turtles in front of the hotel. Deluxe amenities for your children will be set before your arrival, tailor made for each one of your kids. Babysitting service is available within our hotel. Kids activities are available at Le Barth such as treasure hunts, games on the beach, special aquatic activities or cooking classes.
  • Does your hotel in St Barts have Concierge all day long?

Villas in St. Barts

  • Do you have villas at your hotel in St Barts ?
    We have two beautiful 6-bedrooms villas on property. Villa Aqua & Villa Bleu. They are located on the beach with a wonderful view of the bay. Both villas offer exactly the same layout and view, they are next to each other but detached. Aqua and Bleu both have their own private swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen. Our sister company Le Barth Villa Rental offers a large collection of 100+ villas all around St Barts.

Covid-19

  • Do I need a negative Covid-19 test to enter and leave St Barts?
    A negative Covid-19 PCR test made within 72 hours prior to your arrival in St Barts is required. It depends on your home country and state requirement, as well as your airline and transit airports requirements.
  • Where can I get tested in St Barths ?
    If you need an antigen test, our concierge team will be delighted to arrange an appointment at the property before your departure. PCR tests are only made at the Covid-19 test drive without appointment. Our concierge and reception team will be delighted to assist you with recommendations or directions.
  • What are the hotel's quarantine rules if I tested positive for Covid-19?
    There is no cleaning service during a guest’s quarantine. The guest must stay strictly quarantined in his room during quarantine and until he gets a negative Covid-19 test result. The room service delivers meals outside the room and the guest must wait until the staff leaves to pick up the delivery. No staff member or guest is allowed to enter the room.
