His experience in Michelin-starred restaurants allows him to master all the secrets behind every bottle of wine. Quentin closely creates our wine selection at Aux Amis, in a constant search of the best labels for our distinguished clientele.

Our sommelier is equipped with a Coravin, to guarantee the exclusiveness and freshness of each of our Grand Cru bottles. The Coravin system allows Quentin to offer a glass selection of wines without having to uncork the bottle, which prevents the passage of oxygen and corruption of the bottle.
